Mandatory Staff Meeting

A reminder to all employees about the mandatory staff meeting with Efficiency Experts Bob Slydell and Bob Porter. New corporate policies regarding knowledge management "Planning to Plan" are being implemented to create a more efficient Knowledge Business Value Chain and therefore a more effective product for our customers. Employees may cross-reference their Employee ID number with the posting outside Conference Room B to find their individual conference date and times.

Accounting Department Data Quality Audit

With the current preparations for the Y2K changeover, a Data Quality Audit needs to be conducted for the accounting information management software. Discrepancies regarding data administration protocols either from inadequate data quality control or malicious attack are suspected to be responsible for recent unauthorized accounting transactions. Division VP Bill Lumbergh requests the Accounting Department and software analyst Michael Bolton to come in Saturday for the Quality Audit.

MEMO: New cover Sheet for TPS Reports

This is a notice to Initech employees regarding a new cover sheet for all TPS reports. This sheet is to replace TPS Cover Sheet Rev. Code 11-2. The new TPS Cover Sheet Rev. Code 11-3 can be retrieved from the Operational Data database server. The new sheets are designed to comply with and expedite SQL requests from the network. Document Attached.
